Our Site is established to provide visitors with information about Medicall and its events, to assist in choosing and selecting Events that may be of interest to the visitors visiting the site and enable visitors to purchase Passes that are offered for sale online.

1. Accessing our Site

   Access to our Site is provided on a temporary basis, and we retain the right to discontinue or change the services we offer on our Site at any time. We will not be liable if our Site is inaccessible at any time or for any period due to any reason.

   We may restrict access to some portions of our Site, or our entire Site, to users who have registered with us from time to time.

2. Terms & Conditions for Purchase of a Brainstorm Medicall Seminars & Conferences Delegate Pass

   You can buy Delegate Passes from our site using our online service. Onsite purchase options are also available. These purchases are possible and approved only if the terms and restrictions outlined below are carefully followed.

   Your order will not be accepted until we have received full payment for the Passes you have bought, at which point a legally binding agreement on the terms set forth in this Agreement will take effect.

3. Cancellation Policy for Brainstorm Medicall Seminars & Conference Bookings

   All cancellations for Brainstorm Seminars & Conference Bookings must be received in writing prior to the Conference.

   In the event that you should cancel the passes for brainstorm Medicall Seminar & Conferences, we shall return all payments that we have received from the Delegates within fourteen days at the latest following the date that we receive your notification regarding your cancellation. For refund we shall use the same payment method that you used for the initial transactions.

4. Complaints

   It is in our best interests to address any complaints as soon as possible.

   We will personally handle all complaints as soon as feasible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you updated on the status of your complaint throughout the process.

5. Confirmation Message through Whatsapp

   Medicall will send booking confirmation, cancellation, payment confirmation, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via WhatsApp at the time of booking.

   Medicall may also contact the user through the modes mentioned above for any pending or failed bookings, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same.

   The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via WhatsApp by Medicall.
