HL7 is an interoperability standard to exchange data between systems. FHIR is version 4 of HL7 generally referred to as FHIR - Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource.
DOF is an attempt to get medical devices connected and transmit data seamlessly.
Medical Devices will be connected via serial/ethernet/IOT to demonstrate data acquisition from former to latter.
